What’s planned for Skyline Place

  • Our proposal for the site includes two key components:

A concept planfor Nos. 1 & 3 Skyline Place, which sets the overall vision and guidelines for a carefully planned development of the sites which will include seniors’ housing and a mix of other uses – from retail spaces to allied health services – as well as green spaces.

A detailed proposal for the first stage of works at No. 3 Skyline Place includes plans to deliver independent living units (ILUs) for seniors, a residential care facility (RACF), and other mixed-use spaces.

  • Meeting the growing need for seniors housing

With the growing senior population in the Northern Beaches, our development will deliver purpose-built apartments designed for independent living and on-site aged care. Communal spaces supports connections in the community, while sustainable design enhances quality of life.

By enabling seniors to downsize locally, the project also frees up family homes, benefiting the wider community.

  • The benefits of chosing Skyline Place

Positioned within the growing Northern Beaches health precinct, this development offers more than just housing, it’s a place where residents can thrive.

Whether enjoying the landscaped open spaces, accessing health services, or socialising with neighbours, Jardin provides everything you need to age in place, close to home.

Find a sense of belonging, social support, security, new activities to tryand peace of mind, while being close to your existing neighbourhood and networks.

  • A development that benefits everyone

Our plans for 1-3 Skyline Place not only supports the growing demand for seniors’ housing but also boosts local jobs and strengthens connections within the community. With more than 35% of local Northern Beaches residents over 55 years of age, this development is a vital part of the area's future, ensuring access to high-quality housing and care.
